Why is Barbara your best choice for your boudoir photographer?

Hello everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to share some information about myself. One of my greatest joys in life is spending time with friends and family. I cherish the time I spend with my man, Todd, the love of my life, enjoying adventures together and watching football. When I’m out and about, I love landscape photography and take pride in capturing the beauty of nature. And when it comes to hobbies, I have a soft spot for modern stamps featuring iconic figures like Marilyn Monroe, stunning waterfalls, and endangered animals.

 

In a journey that spans from growing up in Norfolk, Virginia to pursuing a career in photography in California, my path has been filled with diverse experiences. I began my career in photography working with advertising agencies and PR firms.

My interest in boudoir photography began when I read an article about a boudoir photographer in New York who was photographing military wives and girlfriends to send to their partners on deployment. Inspired by this, I attended university photography classes and hands-on seminars around the country to further develop my skills.

It was then that I launched Intimate Photography in San Diego, which has never been just a part-time job or a hobby. It has been a fulfilling career that has allowed me to capture the beauty and confidence of my clients through my lens. I am grateful for the journey that has led me here and look forward to continuing to create meaningful and empowering experiences for my clients.
